I've created an rpm of PHP 4 for TSL 2.2 that does not have any file
conflicts with PHP 5 and does have a sane phpinfo().  It will be part of
TSL 2.2 from the next bunch of updates.

I have no use for it, but I would like to thank you for listening to the community. Great work! Keep it up!
