Hi,

CPPLUs is a little bit directed at webhosts. I say a little bit because you
cannot denie services for users like mysql or ssh.
But you get a handy webinterface to setup mail users and webhosts.
It is based on yearly licenses. 
It is quite a good replacement for webmin (where it is based on). You can
try it out

I can access as "end user" only...but under /etc/cpplus/..there are a lot of
service config...
