thanks. i currently use suse for my desktops and i really hate that, when installing something new and using it's native tools, i have to install the old version of something first and then do an update. i'd much rather just "swup --install" and get the latest available package all in one shot like i do with trustix. yes, i realize i can go to suse's mirrors and download the latest rpms and install them directly. it's just not as convenient as using swup or efficient for maintaining a large number of boxes. anyway, thanks for the hint. i'll take a look at the rdf docs and see if i can setup "swup for suse" on my home network first. _______________________________________________ tsl-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.trustix.org/mailman/listinfo/tsl-discuss
