Seems to be basically a PXE-boot-rom-on-a-floppy, which enables netboot for
computers with cheap (non-bootable) network cards.  I didn't read much of
the docs, though :)

... or etherboot, http://www.etherboot.org/ and http://rom-o-matic.net/, if your card doesn't suppport PXE. Just go to http://etherboot.org/db/ pick your card, get the ROM, dd'it to the floppy and that's it.
