We'll look into it, but that would be something totally unrelated to the
installer as is, but rather a standalone floppy that has a network
configuration interface and grabs the initrd over the network, stores it
on tempfs, mounts it, and pivot_roots into it, then running /sbin/init.

Seems to be basically a PXE-boot-rom-on-a-floppy, which enables netboot for
computers with cheap (non-bootable) network cards. I didn't read much of
the docs, though :)

if your card doesn't suppport PXE. Just go to http://etherboot.org/db/
pick your card, get the ROM, dd'it to the floppy and that's it.
