2.1 is somehow .... outdated. the migration from 2.1 to 2.2 is not such a pain, (as described earlier on the list), and has been done (having backups in place for the case of failure (!!!)) on production systems.
having a tsl2 distro running a 2.6 kernel, you would be out of line with the standard stuff, but check mortons contributions, also on his site. can I ask why you want a 2.6 kernel in tsl2, instead of trying a tsl3 release candidate? matthias On 22.06.2005, at 10:36, VoIP wrote: > I am wondering how to quickly upgrade my kernel from TSL2.1 to > kernel 2.6 > > On 6/22/05, Christian Haugan Toldnes <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > >> >> (Jun 21 2005 16:45) [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: >> >>> Hi, >>> >>> I'm interested to know what the default kernel is in the 3.0 >>> release.
