I have a TSL 3.0 box that has been working just fine doing IMAP mail. On July 27 swup upgraded the package courier-authlib and since this upgrade users have not been able to authenticate through SquirrelMail (on the same box).
The mail log files used to say (before the upgrade): Jul 26 22:40:58 trusty imapd: LOGIN, user=james, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], protocol=IMAP Now the message is: Jul 27 21:15:07 trusty couriertcpd: LOGIN FAILED, user=james, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1] I gather the authentication failures have something to do with imapd vs couriertcpd but I can't figure it out.
