I'd like to request that, at some point in the future suexec be split
off from the main apache package, making a apache-suexec package that
just contains that binary. I have a security infrastructure setup where
I don't want the scripts to be run by the user who owns them, and I'm
uncomfortable with breaking the installation by removing or
renaming /usr/sbin/suexec. The default could be to install
apache-suexec when apache is installed, but then it could be easily
removable.

Unless there's some option I'm missing to disable suexec use by apache,
but the section "Enabling & Disabling suEXEC" on
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/suexec.html says it is based on if the
binary exists.
