The reason it's not in the wiki is because the Apache+SSL that comes as
a RPM package from TSL is about as generic as it could be. There is no
point in having special docs for every aspect of TSL.

You don't create the certificate, you create a request and then buy
the certificate from someone else unless you want to do a self-signed
server.

Read the docs at the Apache site, httpd.apache.org, then pick a company to
issue you a certificate, then go there and follow their instructions.

If you really want to do a self-signed site (for testing for 
example) then read the Apache docs and the docs at www.modssl.org, they 
tell you how to do it.

Apache+SSL is the most widely used web server on the Internet. Everyone
supports it. I checked the Thawte site and they even have a trial
program with step-by-step help.
