Note to Trustix: if you can't fix the bug, fix the documentation.

The option did not work anyway. I deleted some files and wanted
to re-install the package. The download-only option insists the
package is up to date. The package cannot be removed without
removing a bunch of dependencies...

Okay, I did "rpm -e <packagename> --nodeps"
followed by  "swup --install <packagename>"
