A bad bug report would be one where the problem was caused by changes
the user made.  If the issue is with the source RPM provided by trustix,
then that's a legitimate bug and should be reported.  I think it is
reasonable to expect, as a user, that you CAN rebuild the entire system
from the SRC rpms, whether you actually need to or not.
