Have you tried to make a new initrd?

mkinitrd -o /boot/initrd-2.6.13.3-1tr 2.6.13.3-1tr

change kernelname etc to something that fits.. but it should probably 
work this way since it's the latest kernel.. perhaps you need to remove 
the newest initrd..
