Quoting Max Whitt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

After reading the mailing list I followed someone else's recommendation to
install minimal with SSHD, which worked fine, and then install all the
packages manually. I'm working fine now, though I am still a little confused
about how to make spamassassin more accurate, since right now it only
catches about 60% of my spam, which since I get 100 spams a day (argh) is
still a lot getting through.

Install the SQLGrey package and setup grey listing on your postfix server. I used to receive anywhere from 8-12 spams/day/account on my box, once I installed this package the spams immediately dropped to near zero. At _most_, I get 1-2 spams per month on all mail accounts combined on the box. It's an extremely powerful spam fighting tool. I use it in combination with amavisd/spamassasin/etc.
