Not able to reproduce the same though.
i did some googling, and i did reach this..
http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37217

and it supposedly says that its an issue with apr < 0.9.7
But we have 0.9.7 which is built from apache sources.

So the question remains on how this error can be recreated !?
