Since I didn't recognize the program, I decided to look it up. I found on the FAQ for rkhunter (http://www.rootkit.nl/articles/rootkit_hunter_faq.html), take a look at the answer for question B5.
I am currently using Trustix 3.0 and asked for that version to be added to 1.2.7. You may want to contact the author as requested in the FAQ and ask him to update the support for 2.2.
