a quick solution is to name the new package "postgres" or "pgsql"
and then, when the old package is retired, simply add in obsoletes..

then, at the next milestone, drop obsoletes, and make the next one 
postgresql again :)

etc...

maybe not pretty, but not all that ugly, either..

and, if something lives in community, it can still have the same name as 
something in official.. swup'll simply ignore it per default, right?
