Since there could be small changes on the ABI, I'd prefer not to modify net-snmp libraries (e.g. adding a symlink to libnetsnmp.so.5).
Instead, better rebuild heartbeat. Rebuild heartbeat packages have just been uploaded to contrib. If you're in an hurry, I can send them directly.
