There are some known timing issues on kernel 2.6 & the cpqarray driver.
This make TSL3 fail even on installation.
Can't recall the link, sorry.

Last time I tried was 6 month ago, dunno whether it was fixed in latest
kernel.

TSL 2.2 works like a breeze on my compaq DL360 servers.
