I plan on building 5 in the coming weeks for internal testing.  I have a
4.1.18 if you want a more recent version.  I'm using tsl-2.2.

The trustix MySQL rpms are pretty stock.  You should be able to take a
src.rpm from a trustix build of mysql, then get the source for mysql 5
and change the spec file to build that instead, assuming the configure
options are no different, or you want to enable/disable other features.
