It's nice to see them talk about oscillators and stuff, but when they
fail to acknowledge the presence of aerodynamics they lose all
credibility in my book.

The shielded rounded cables are usually twisted pair too, and should be
better protected from the pollution that *really* matters: fans and
powercables.

I'm not saying either one is better, I'm just saying the difference is
too small to matter, at least when comparing to the noise the cable is
presented with from other sources than crosstalk.
