On first glance I thought: build xen-tools + host/guest kernels, install, done. But xen is not working well with the tls/nptl glibc version. There is a big fat warning, that performance is reduced when doing so. And when working with the non-tls glibc version, mysql/ldap will not start (missing pthread_mutex support for db4 backends). So, for xen you need at least a different/second glibc. The TSL glibc spec file is big..
