Package description:
nss_ldap
This package includes a LDAP access client: nss_ldap. Nss_ldap is a set
of C library extensions which allows X.500 and LDAP directory servers to
be used as a primary source of aliases, ethers, groups, hosts, networks,
protocol, users, RPCs, services and shadow passwords (instead of or in
addition to using flat files or NIS).
pam_ldap
This package includes a LDAP access clients: pam_ldap. Pam_ldap is a
module for Linux-PAM that supports password changes, V2/V3 clients,
Netscapes SSL/OpenSSL, ypldapd, Netscape Directory Server password
policies, access authorization, crypted hashes, etc.
perl-dbd-mysql
DBD::mysql is an interface driver for connecting the DBMS independent
Perl-API DBI to the mysql DBMS. When you want to use mysql from
within perl, DBI and DBD::mysql are your best choice: Unlike "mysqlperl",
another option, this is based on a common standard, so your sources
will easily be portable to other DBMS's.
perl-dbd-pg
DBD-Pg is a PostgreSQL interface for Perl5 using DBI.
sqlgrey
SQLgrey is a Postfix grey-listing policy service with auto-white-listing
written in Perl with SQL database as storage backend. Greylisting stops
50 to 90 % junk mails (spam and virus) before they reach your Postfix
server (saves BW, user time and CPU time).

nss_ldap < TSL 3.0 >
- Removed nss_ldap-CAN-2005-2069.patch, since already applied.
- nsswitch permission changed to 644.
- Fixed Bug #1782.
pam_ldap < TSL 3.0 >
- New upstream.
- Added bind_policy, nss_connect_policy and nss_initgroups_ignoreusers
entries in ldap.conf.
- Removed pam_ldap-fix-referral-tls.patch
- Fixed Bug #1786.
perl-dbd-mysql < TSL 2.2 >
- New Upstream.
- Fixed directory permissions, Bug #1697.
perl-dbd-pg < TSL 2.2 >
- New Upstream.
sqlgrey < TSL 3.0 >
- Changed init priority, Bug #1647.
Action:
We recommend that all systems with this package installed be upgraded.
Please note that if you do not need the functionality provided by this
package, you may want to remove it from your system.
