I was under the impression that it was already considered and that it
was going to be added in tsl3.  Not having User Private Groups is a big
hindrance on a shared server. I have users creating files via both SFTP
and NFS (all the servers and clients are on LDAP, so there is no problem
with differing groups), and UPG would fix a lot of problems that this
kind of environment has, especially with users who are not experienced
with chown/chgrp and how SFTP is different than NFS.
