Take a look at the local.cf file in the site spamassassin directory which
should be /etc/spamassassin (I think).

You can change the value of different scores here and they will be preserved
across upgrades.

Or, you can change them in /usr/share/spamassassin where they will be
overwritten by an upgrade.
