My experience is similar to yours. Inmediately after upgrade to 5.2.1 (by
means of swup) the squirrelmail continued operating OK. But , when restarted
Apache (apparently by the cron), the squirrelmail has broken. It seems that
swup is operating through nocturnal cron and restarted Apache.
