IMHO TSL 2.2 contrib is quite active.

At least X related rpms are often out.

I maintain net-snmp, plus some perl modules I find useful to have handy, and
were quite easy to make TSL-policy aware.
I used to maintain HA and drbd, but I have no time but to compile and
release.
