Just a question, did you do the trace when the internet was "disconnected"? (I mean, did you use the tracert program when you couldn't access any website, or when everything worked fine)? If you used tracert when everything was working great, then please use the tracert again when the server will be disconnected (when you couldn't access any website) and post the results in here.
