In order to download that file, you should create a Yahoo! account (if you don't already have one). Just click the Sign-Up link on the page that asks you for the password and follow the instructions. The subscription is FREE. It gives you access to alot of different things, like Yahoo!Mail, Yahoo!Games, and other Yahoo! websites. I got my email in Yahoo! (and had it for almost 8 years now).
