Anyways, I got a tip for whoever has the following problem: Problem: Outlook can't send an email saying that server can't be reached, and you use Norton Internet Security 2005 (NIS05). Solution: In NIS05, go to Firewall configuration screen and disable Privacy Protection (it's the second option from the bottom). It should solve the problem.
