Hi Alberto, Are you installing the program "Spybot - search and destroy"? If so, you may deactivate automatic program update.
Is your virus definition file up-to-date? Manually try to delete file: unckeck all attributes of the infected file, delete it or replace it with a copy from a clean computer running the same version of XP.
