Dear Patty,

I can see that you are trying to download text files or DOC or in
summary any office files.

Am I right?

1. If it's right, then please open the downloaded file with the
application that it can open it. For example if you are downloading
Microsoft word file please open WinWord then try to open the file from
the file menu and so on.

2. If it's wrong, then please give us a hint. What is the file
extension? Means the file name is always followed by .then the 3
letters, like patty.xls or patty.doc. Please send us the extension of
the file.

Usually you need to right click on the file that you downloaded and
click properties and you will find the type of file front of you. If
the computer can't find the application which supposes to open that
file then you need to guide the computer to open the selected
extensions which specific application.

Regards
...Amrow Hijazi...
