I will share some of my new study.
After 10 years in troubleshooting, sharing best practices, support and
latest technology not only in this group but across all my mails to >10
groups and >3000 mail addresses in >80 countries. I realized that the best
month for these activities is Aug and the lowest is February.

Jul

Jun
Feb
For new technology the best are " Jan, March and July" and the lowest are
"May, August and September"
These numbers are reflecting the fact of new line of products introduced by
the vendors across the globe.
For support the best months are "Aug, Sep and Nov" and the lowest are
"February , Apr and June"
I believe this is because of using the new technology.
For best practices and support the best months are "Jan, September and Nov"
and the lowest are "February, June and July".
We have a common months in the top 3 "Jan, September and Nov"
We have a common months in the bottom 2 "February and June"
The strange month is September, it comes in both sides!!!
It is according to the following facts:
- Country activities like back to school, seasons and events.
- Before leaving the country for trip or/and vacation.
- They are much active in the summer generally.
- In-store promotions and events. ASK BEFORE BUY.
- Seasons like Xmas, new year and events. WHAT IS THE BEST TO BUY?
- Country situations.
- Allot more reasons in the study.
What about years and days.. I have a big study but I will share the year
part, it's decreasing because of the following reasons:
- Less bugs and errors in the new products.
- They are depending more on the wizards and ready-made solutions.
- Allot more reasons in the study.
