Weakness: 1-Some Comments are said about the poor Customer Service. 2- Time Issues with the laptop that needs repairing, it needs longer time than expected. opportunities: 1- Very Easy to overcome their obstacles which is bad customer service and time duration . threats: 1- some of the Competition are giving better quality of warranties. 2- Similar or better Warranties from the competitors. Toshiba Warranty Laptops warranty: Toshiba's laptops are covered by a one-year international limited carry-in warranty, so if something happened to the laptop you have to go and give it to their warranty service shops and take it from there, also the warranty can be upgraded up to 4 years. Strength: 1-1 or 2 years warranty. 2- Carepack offers. 3- Improving customer service. opportunities: 1-adding a full international warranty instead of limited one. 2- Offering 3 years warranty. 3- Offer Pick and Drop service. 4- Decreasing the price for the Carepack, and emphasize more on in by marketing it. 5- Improve the service for Emitac and Redengton. 6- Calling the Customers on regular basis to know their feedback.
