I've uploaded a new draft on the CoDel AQM, available at: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-nichols-tsvwg-codel/ (the pdf should be formatted better). We are expecting to discuss this in a TSVAREA slot dealing with bufferbloat.
