In addition to serving as TSV ADs, Martin and I co-chair TSVAREA, which
isn't a working group but meets as if it were.
Experience is teaching us that we need a secretary as much as any
working group, so we're asking for volunteers.
Working group secretary duties are characterized in
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2418#section-6.2. We intend to use our
secretary to help with meeting minutes and meeting materials for TSVAREA
meetings.
