If you are quick to look at our draft charter, you may be disappointed by 
seeing 1) no concrete implementable stuff planned and 2) having a narrow set of 
services that is based only on the transport protocols that we now have, and 
not really looking at applications want.

As a result of discussions at this IETF, both 1) and 2) will be fixed. This is 
really the plan, just the current charter text doesn't yet reflect that.
