"pondering"? You do realize, I presume, that the largest factor in determining who is available as a *candidate* for AD is financial support by their employer? I.e., you've already winnowed the pool down to 1% just from that. Everything else (i.e., a description of the area or expertise expected therein) is noise, IMO. Joe
