Hi all, (Posting to tsv-area, tsvwg, and congress — keeping these notifications to a minimum) There have been some updates to the proposed congestion control working group charter <https://github.com/martinduke/congestion-control-charter/blob/main/congestion-control-charter.md> in the past few weeks, and we wanted to send a quick note about those updates. Overall, it should be simpler and more straightforward, while retaining many of the excellent suggestions from the community so far — thank you all for the reviews!
