各位新同学：
最近我收到不少同学反应邮件列表太吵，原想在欢迎会上介绍，但考虑到不少同学已经受不鸟了，我就在此说一下。
考虑到大部分新同学使用QQ邮箱，遍以QQ邮箱举例，其他邮箱也有类似设置，请自行类比。
如何避免过于频繁的提醒
解决办法：让TUNA邮件跳过收件箱
步骤：
1. 进入QQ邮箱的「设置」
2.
点击「文件夹和标签」-> 「我的文件夹」-> 立即创建/新建文件夹 -> 起个名字，比如tuna，如图
3.
进入「收信规则」-> 「创建收信规则」，如果收件人包含”[email protected]”，则移动到文件夹
tuna，如图
这样以后TUNA邮件列表的邮件都不会再进入收件箱，也就不会有提醒。
p.s. 本人的「TUNA」文件夹里至今还有275个未读thread
按会话排序
把邮件排序设置为按thread整理，收件箱会整齐很多。步骤：
1. 进入QQ邮箱「设置」
2. 在「常规」选项卡的「邮件列表视图」中，选择「会话模式（新）」，如图
我想退订
每一封TUNA发出的邮件末尾，都有退订方式。
