社团部结论： 1. 不能叫「清华大学TUNA协会」，Labµ那些是很早就叫了所以没管…… 2. 不建议叫「清华大学网络技术协会」，因为还有一个「清华大学网络安全技术协会」（@ray @fqj 你萌坏人） 3. 学校目前无论如何也不会认可英文缩写 4. 社团对外宣传的时候，叫什么名字（只要别捅娄子）学校不管，反正办手续阿什么的时候得叫注册过的正式名字…
