突然好奇为什么买了*.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn昂贵的wildcard SSL证书，然而默认连接方式还是HTTP， https://tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/进去还是404 。莫非只是满足像Pypi这样的源的要求么?HTTPSEverywhere还是有意义的。然后tuna.moe貌似是不支持SSL的？
