TOAD 致力于建设开放的学术信息交换平台，它不仅是一个优质的学术搜索引擎，并且对外提供
RSS/JSON/XML 等一系列的开放 API，无论你是 Web 用户、APP 用户、微信用户，都可以不收任何限制地从
TOAD 得到第一手的学术信息，没有 RateLimit，没有授权，It's just there.
我们将立足清华，联合燕园，放眼全球。一步步和清华等世界一流大学以及北大等国内一流大学一起，直接
从各实验室、科研单位得到最原汁原味的科研信息，通过 TOAD 平台共享发布。
