我照着帮助说明写好了pip.conf在我的家目录，但是pip install包时遇到PermissionDenied异常，用sudo pip install则超时（跟我没用镜像一样），但是pip.conf不会是安装到root家目录吧。。。。 python小白，求正确姿势。
