是啊，好有历史感。2013年6月由alick/scateu接手了？
因为我7月份就要毕业离开北京，有人对我架设的ntp服务器感兴趣并且希望继续做下去么？
目前现有软硬件设备如下：
Motorola Oncore GT+ GPS接收器一台，带pps，GPS有源天线，usb转串口线，略微修改过的支持oncore的ntp源代码。
PCI转并口卡一张，原生硬件中断，带有自己修改过的驱动代码可以支持pps(pulse per second)信号，用于精确计时。

很高兴看到NTP服务器重新上线！
所以目前这个并没有直接连接GPS模块，而是一台stratum 2的中继对吗？因为我看到ntp的refid是一个境外的IP地址。
