Hi Elton, I think you have already joined TUNA since you are now on the tuna-general mailing list. Generally speaking, to join TUNA, you just need to send an email to [email protected] and confirm the reply.
Since you are not pursuing a degree in Tsinghua, I guess you don't need to bother shetuan.student.blah website. Now that you are in, it'd be better if you can give some more self introduction :) E.g. what (technology) do you want to learn most in TUNA? What (computer) skills do you already have? What about non-technical stuff, like event organization or marketing? Besides, we have online chat rooms on IRC (#tuna), Telegram, and Wechat you can hang out. Also be sure to drop by offline events such as Tunight to let others know your face :D Feel free to ask questions if you have.
