各位大神：
我想创建一个镜像站，有几个问题想请大神帮忙解答一下，谢谢。
1. (镜像管理器) 和 (镜像站网页)这两个需要先搭建哪一个？是先搭建镜像站网页，然后再搭建镜像管理器吗？
2.在搭建镜像站网页时，遇到 bundle install这一步时报了Could not locate
Gemfile，百度也未解决，是不是执行完毕后还要执行build in docker再执行 下载动态文件
3.在执行tunasync中的第一步，make的时候 go get ./cmd/tunasync 这一步没有反应，用了VPN也不行
请大神指点一下，谢谢！
