大家好。我尝试用Bioconductor镜像使用帮助里的说明修改.Rprofile文件，但在我的主目录下没有找到这个文件，我手动建了一个但好像没有效果。Windows下我修改了R安装路径下的Rprofile.site，在安装包时会提示从清华镜像去寻找，但显示无法连接，提示无网络连接。
Bioconductor官网上的安装包方法是：
source("https://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R";)
biocLite("DESeq2")
所以我的问题是：
1.当换成清华镜像后，安装命令需要改变么？
2.Linux下如何设置源?
