Hi, when doing $ brew install tup as stating on the home page, OSXFUSE isn't installed properly because of missing admin rights. Doing $ tup upd would then complain with the following output:
[ tup ] [0.001s] Scanning filesystem... [ tup ] [0.003s] Reading in new environment variables... [ tup ] [0.004s] Parsing Tupfiles... the OSXFUSE file system is not available (-1) this OSXFUSE library version is incompatible with the OSXFUSE kernel extension tup error: Timed out waiting for the FUSE file-system to be ready. tup error: Unable to mount FUSE on .tup/mnt This was unexpected, but I figured it out by installing OSXFUSE from its web page through its installer which asked for admin privs. Just wanted to know you that it works for me now. I don't know if I messed something up, but this isn't mentioned anywhere on page. -- -- tup-users mailing list email: [email protected] unsubscribe: [email protected] options: http://groups.google.com/group/tup-users?hl=en --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "tup-users" group.
