I'm considering tup as a replacement for our current build automation tool for a project. I expect I'll have lots of questions once I've learned more; but here's my first; When not using 'tup monitor', and tup is invoked with a target, does it check for changes to *all* source files in the DAG, or only those known to contribute to that target?
