Hi Todd,

On Ubuntu you'll want the libfuse-dev package to provide the header
and library files, as well as the fuse.pc pkgconfig file. The regular
'fuse' package provides the /etc/fuse.conf file. I don't know about
RedHat specifically, but it likely has a similar separate package for
the development files.
