Got all these every time I switch running from vim / terminal:

[ tup ] [0.000s] Scanning filesystem...
[ tup ] [0.004s] Reading in new environment variables...
Environment variable changed: PATH
 - Old:
'/usr/local/sbin:/Users/t/.fastlane/bin:/Users/t/.cargo/bin:/Users/t/.go/bin:/Users/t/.bin:/Users/t/.fastlane/bin:/Users/t/.cargo/bin:/Users/t/.go/bin:/Users/t/.bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/opt/X11/bin:/Library/TeX/texbin'
 - New:
'/usr/local/sbin:/Users/t/.fastlane/bin:/Users/t/.cargo/bin:/Users/t/.go/bin:/Users/t/.bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/opt/X11/bin:/Library/TeX/texbin'
[ tup ] [0.006s] No Tupfiles to parse.
[ tup ] [0.038s] No files to delete.
[ tup ] [0.039s] Executing Commands...

and it force rebuilds everything. Is there any way to prevent this from
happening?
